Job Summary:
- We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving team adoption, and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Your primary objective will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximising the value they receive from our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with customer / Internal Team Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, helping them understand product features and benefits.




- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Execution and Support Etc ) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage to prevent churn. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product features and processes.
- Taking additional Tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree Proven experience in Customer Success Management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Require a fair understanding of local languages relevant to the region of operation (e.g.Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu Etc ) Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft
