About the Role

Backdropsource is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand delivering custom-printed backdrops and fabrics to customers around the world.

We're hiring a Junior Designer to support our design team with day-to-day production work — resizing, adapting, and producing creatives at volume across our catalog, website, and social channels.

This is an execution-focused role, well suited to a designer who is reliable, quick to learn, and comfortable working inside established brand guidelines to deliver consistent output at scale. You'll get a structured 5-day onboarding covering our tools, workflows, and brand standards, and you'll work closely with senior designers who set the direction.

What You'll Do
- Execute design tasks assigned by senior designers and the design lead, on time and to spec.
- Create and resize product listing images and creatives across different formats and platforms.
- Perform basic photo editing and retouching for product and marketing images.
- Support bulk design requirements for the catalog,



social media, and internal requests.
- Maintain organized design files and follow naming and version conventions.
- Ensure all output follows the brand guidelines set by senior designers.
- Turn around repetitive tasks quickly and accurately, escalating anything unclear to the design lead.

What We're Looking For
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
- A quick learner — prior experience is welcome but not essential, since structured training is provided.
- Positive eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on repetitive tasks without quality slipping.
- Comfortable working within a structured, guideline-driven process.
- Freshers and designers with 1–2 years of experience are both welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
