Sales Engineer – Fire, CCTV & Building Automation Systems

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 Years

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Head

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Control Panels, and Building Automation products.

Identify new business opportunities in industries such as commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, EPC companies, real estate developers, and infrastructure projects. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to understand customer requirements.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams for system design, estimation, and execution.

Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and order closures.

Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.





Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Provide post-sales coordination support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.

3–6 years of experience in technical sales of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Control Panels, or Building Automation Systems.

Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, surveillance systems, and automation solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
