Experience: 10+ Years. Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Position Summary:

Talent Acquisition (Advisory) will lead the recruitment function for the Advisory business, driving talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess and onboard high-calibre consulting professionals across advisory domains. The role requires an experienced recruitment leader with a strong understanding of the advisory industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build a robust leadership and technical talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for advisory positions across multiple sectors and levels.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's business growth plans.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of experienced advisory professionals through executive search firms, professional networks and direct sourcing.




- Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
- Drive recruitment for niche leadership positions, subject matter experts and senior advisory professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with recruitment agencies, industry professionals and academic institutions to strengthen the talent ecosystem.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice within the advisory industry.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks and hiring practices within the advisory industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant experience recruiting for advisory organizations.
- Proven experience in hiring senior leadership, domain experts and professionals across advisory.
