We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle our company’s website, IT systems, and day-to-day technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website.
- Troubleshoot website errors and functionality issues.
- Update website content, images, pages, and other information when required.
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, software, and other office devices.
- Resolve internet, network, email, and basic system-related issues.
- Install and configure required software and applications.
- Coordinate with developers, hosting providers, or vendors for technical issues.
- Maintain regular backups and support basic data and website security.
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT and technical problems.
- Handle current software, tools,



platforms, and other technical tasks introduced by the company.
- Perform other IT and technical responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of website management and IT support.
- Good computer and software troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of networking, hosting, domains, and email systems.
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical tasks independently.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
