Job Description:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2C marketing or a related field.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand business objectives and B2C customer segments, translating them into effective marketing automation strategies.
- Design, configure, and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other relevant systems.
- Develop and execute personalized customer journeys, including email campaigns, SMS outreach, social media targeting, and more, to nurture leads,



drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to tailor messaging and content to different B2C customer segments, optimizing engagement and conversion rates.
