Role & responsibilities
- Handle pricing and procurement activities for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Logistics services.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, spot-rate requests and customer quotations.
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, consolidators, transporters and overseas agents.
- Maintain and update freight rate sheets, tariffs and pricing databases.
- Analyse market rates, trade lanes, carrier capacity and competitor pricing.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and overseas agents to support business conversion.
- Ensure pricing is commercially viable and aligned with target GP/margins.

Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding pricing Mandatory.




- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import & Export processes.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Air Freight and Ocean Freight pricing.
- Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, consolidators or overseas agents.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of FCL/LCL, import/export and international freight processes.
