Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & AI Content Executive to manage the social media presence of our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling social media accounts, creating engaging content, designing marketing creatives, and using AI tools to improve content quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the companys social media accounts, including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content for real estate projects, property promotions, company updates, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Design creative posts, banners, flyers, brochures, invitations, reels, and event-related graphics.
- Use AI tools for content writing, image generation, video ideas, caption creation, campaign planning, and creative design.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write captions, ad copies, hashtags, and promotional content suitable for real estate audiences.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing,



and events teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Create reels, short videos, and basic video edits for property promotions and events.
- Support marketing activities such as event creatives, launch campaigns, festive posts, offers, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, followers, and campaign results.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, real estate marketing trends, and AI-based creative tools.
- Ensure all content follows company branding guidelines and maintains a skilled image.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience in handling social media pages for a company, brand, agency, or real estate business.
