Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join us. The role offers hands-on exposure to various facets of Human Resources including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.




- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate statutory activities related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other compliance requirements.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and perks.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance records, and recruitment status updates.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, contracts, and official communications.
- Coordinate daily administrative activities including office management, vendor coordination, and employee support.
