Key Responsibilities:
- Manage computers, servers, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT security, backups, antivirus, and access controls.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Pay: ₹10,688.68 - ₹30,346.44 per month
