Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical skilled to support the Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Internal Financial Controls, Compliance, and Process Audit functions. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Risk Control, compliance, process audits, SOP development, statutory compliance reviews, and audit reporting.

1. Internal Audit & Process Audits

· Conduct end-to-end internal audits covering business, operational, finance, and support functions.





· Perform process walkthroughs to understand business processes, risks, and existing controls.

· Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and potential risks.

· Review Finance & Accounts, Revenue, Procurement, Payroll, Treasury, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and other business processes.

· Prepare audit observations, identify root causes, and recommend practical corrective actions.

· Support preparation of detailed internal audit reports for management review.

2. Internal Financial Controls / ICFR

· Prepare and maintain Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for key business and financial processes.

· Identify process risks, control objectives, key controls, and relevant audit assertions.

· Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

· Perform control testing and maintain appropriate audit documentation.
