About the Role

We are looking for Telecallers to join our team and handle customer enquiries, new sales calls, technical queries and customer escalations for our Digital Safety Band project.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle new customer enquiries through phone calls.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain the product features, benefits and usage clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Handle basic technical/product-related queries.
- Follow up with interested customers until conversion.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Customer Support teams.
- Register and manage customer complaints and escalations.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate technical/support team.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM.
- Follow up after sales to ensure proper activation and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly call, follow-up and sales-support targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Good Tamil communication skills; basic English preferred.




- Positive telephone communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using CRM/WhatsApp and making regular calls.
- Ability to understand and explain basic product/technical information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or technical support will be an advantage.
