Role Description
The BDA – Field Recruiter InstaHelp role at Urban Company is a contract, in office position based in Chennai. In this role, the recruiter identifies, sources, and engages potential service professionals for the InstaHelp vertical through field visits, local networking, and community outreach.



The role involves screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure that new professionals meet Urban Company’s quality and compliance standards. The recruiter maintains accurate records of leads and hires, coordinates with internal teams for training and documentation, and works toward meeting recruitment targets within specified timelines. Day-to-day activities also include explaining platform benefits, addressing candidate queries, and promoting Urban Company’s brand as an employer of choice for service professionals.
