About the Role

Shaahi Creations Events is looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to grow our luxury and destination wedding business across Mumbai, Goa and Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wedding sales, networking and client acquisition, along with an established network across luxury hotels, wedding venues, HNI communities and relevant social groups.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently generate leads, build relationships and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate new business opportunities for luxury and destination weddings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified wedding leads.
- Generate business through personal networking, referrals, partnerships and industry relationships.




- Build strong relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, wedding venues and banquet teams.
- Develop relationships with HNI / UHNI groups, business communities and social networks.
- Network with wedding industry professionals, premium residential communities and lifestyle groups.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales pitches.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and expectations.
- Coordinate with the planning and design teams to develop customised proposals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, venues and other wedding ecosystem partners.
- Identify new opportunities in Goa, Rajasthan and other destination wedding markets.
- Travel for client meetings, networking, venue visits and wedding assignments.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual business target
