About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B customers, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their business requirements and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.The role will primarily focus on opportunities related to Microsoft Azure, IT Infrastructure, Data & AI, Application Modernization and Digital Transformation.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B customers across relevant industries and regions.
- Generate recent business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online research and other channels.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads and Business Heads.
- Understand customer business requirements and identify potential IT/cloud opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospects and qualify business opportunities.




- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with the sales and technical teams.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM/sales tracker.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Research market trends, competitors and potential customer requirements.
- Support the team in developing new accounts and expanding business opportunities.
