Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a HVAC Sales Service Lead who can drive revenue by bridging service technician leads with equipment sales, managing customer relationships, and closing replacement deal. This role will need to analyse maintenance records, prepare proposals, and ensure high-value lead conversion (target ~30% close rate). Key responsibilities include technical site assessments, client negotiation, and supporting the team during non-demand.
Preferred candidate profile
Understanding AMC Requirements of client & quote for the same. Knowledge of Service delivery process of Breakdown calls / Preventive maintenance along with retrofit works would be added advantage
