Job Summary:

The Operations Department is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities related to the installation of lifts/elevators. The team ensures timely project execution, service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute lift/elevator installation projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance standards.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain documentation and reporting for operational activities.
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
