Job Summary

We are looking for a Counter Sales & Field Sales Executive to handle showroom counter sales as well as field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, product promotion, lead generation, order collection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and suitable products.
- Generate leads and develop new customers.
- Visit dealers, electricians, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
- Promote lighting and electrical products in the assigned market.
- Take orders and follow up with customers.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.




- Maintain basic sales and customer records.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of LED lights, decorative lights, and electrical products is preferred.
- Willingness to learn about products and sales.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Excel is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.

Experience

Freshers can apply.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in lighting, electrical, hardware, or related sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.
