WE ARE HIRING – DATA ENTRY & BANKING EXECUTIVE

Position: Data Entry & Banking Executive
Department: Back Office / Accounts & Administration
Location: Surat
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month *(based on experience & skills)*

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and Excel.
- Maintain records, files, and databases.
- Handle day-to-day banking-related work and transactions.
- Prepare and maintain bank-related documents and records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment-related entries.
- Coordinate with banks for routine documentation and account-related work.
- Verify data and financial information for accuracy.




- Prepare basic reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform general back-office and administrative tasks.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Basic understanding of banking and accounting work
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
