We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Sales Executive who will be responsible for door-to-door marketing, customer interaction, and lead generation for residential and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial areas to promote Solar Rooftop / Solar EPC solutions.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing and explain the benefits of installing solar.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified solar leads.
- Understand customer electricity requirements and collect basic information such as electricity bill, sanctioned load, and roof availability.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.
- Follow up with generated leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide accurate information about solar solutions, savings, and government benefits/subsidies.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical team for site surveys and quotations.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of sales/marketing experience; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, telecom, insurance, real estate, FMCG, or solar will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting recent customers every day.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
- Knowledge of the local area/market is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
