Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about vehicles, services and dealership facilities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Schedule showroom visits, test drives, service appointments and customer meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate customer details and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer leads and follow-ups are updated within the prescribed TAT.
- Make reminder calls for pending enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
- Support customer retention and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned manager.
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after vehicle delivery or service.




- Maintain daily customer interaction and follow-up reports.
- Prepare and submit required MIS reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Follow dealership customer experience standards and prescribed processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in customer relationship management, automobile dealership, tele-calling or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
