Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer responsible for creating high-quality, realistic 3D models and visualizations from architectural drawings, sketches, and CAD files. The role will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop and refine visuals based on project requirements and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, and CAD files.
- Develop realistic environments with appropriate lighting, shadows, materials, colors, and textures.
- Produce high-quality renders, still images, video walkthroughs, animation loops, and virtual tours.
- Edit and enhance rendered images using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to incorporate design changes and feedback.
- Interpret architectural drawings and product specifications accurately.
- Ensure visual outputs are realistic, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with design intent.
- Maintain attention to detail across modeling, texturing, lighting,



rendering, and post-production.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of architectural visualization and 3D modeling.
- Good knowledge of camera composition, angles, depth, lighting, and perspective.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and realistic rendering.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
- Solid eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in architectural/interior 3D visualization is preferred.
