About the job:

We are seeking an experienced, agile, and knowledgeable Technical Trainer specializing in Software Business Analysis and Software Quality Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact corporate and professional training programs.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise in software development lifecycles (SDLC), strong proficiency in standard frameworks such as IIBA (BABOK) and ISTQB, and a passion for mentoring aspiring IT professionals and upskilling enterprise teams.

What you will be doing:

Curriculum & Asset Management
- Courseware Design: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive learning materials, including syllabus outlines, slide decks, hands-on labs, and real-world case studies.
- Knowledge Repositories: Centralize and maintain all training content, knowledge assets, and learning repositories to ensure easy access and version control.
- Assessment Creation: Build mock interviews, practice quizzes, assignments, and mock certification exams tailored to modern software practices.

2. Instructional Delivery & Mentorship
- Classroom & Virtual Facilitation: Deliver engaging instructor-led training (ILT/vILT) sessions covering core Business Analysis and Quality Engineering methodologies.
- Practical Bridge: Connect theoretical concepts to industry application through real-world Agile workflows, requirement elicitation techniques, manual testing, and automated QE practices.
