Operations Manager – Spartan Fitness

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Experience: 8–10 Years Handling multiple sites

About the Role

Spartan Fitness is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of our large-format fitness facility in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall gym/facility operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead large cross-functional teams across Fitness, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen/Support and other functions.
- Drive member experience, service quality, retention, and operational excellence.
- Set KPIs, manage team performance, and ensure accountability.
- Oversee facility maintenance, vendors, inventory, safety, hygiene, and compliance.




- Monitor operational and commercial KPIs and work towards business and revenue objectives.
- Implement SOPs and improve operational processes.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in fitness, health clubs, hospitality, wellness, or premium service businesses.
- Mandatory: Experience managing a large gym, fitness centre, health club, or similar facility.
- Strong experience in team management, member experience, facility operations, and business performance.
- Hands-on, commercially aware, and robust in people leadership.

Premium fitness / luxury gym / established fitness chain experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
