confident, persuasive and target-driven sales professionals
who can engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements and convert qualified leads into successful sales.Position Overview
As an
International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
, you will be responsible for handling prospective customers across
US, UK, Dubai and domestic markets
.
The role involves consultative selling, outbound calling,
lead follow-ups, objection handling, sales closure and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy customer interaction, thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a strong ability to
communicate, persuade, negotiate and close sales.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Understand the customer's requirements, concerns and expectations through effective probing.
- Explain and recommend suitable wellness programs based on customer requirements.
- Build rapport and communicate confidently with domestic and international customers.
- Handle customer queries and sales objections professionally.
- Negotiate effectively and drive conversations towards successful sales closure.
