The Role
This is an
AI-first leadership role
. As the Automation Manager, you will own the end-to-end automation of repetitive e-commerce and operational workflows—including bulk listing uploads, catalog syncs, inventory updates, and MIS reporting.

You will not just be executing a fixed spec; you will be directly building, iterating, and scaling workflows by working hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) alongside Google Apps Script, Sheets, and lightweight scripting.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Development:
Utilize advanced AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow to design, build,



and debug operational automations.

E-Commerce Syncing:
Build and maintain robust automations for bulk product uploads, catalog updates, and real-time price/inventory syncing to our storefront (Shopify).

Reporting Automation:
Automate recurring MIS and reporting tasks (sales data, inventory health, listing turnaround times) using a combination of Sheets, Apps Script, and AI-assisted scripting.

Workflow Optimization:
Partner directly with senior leadership to identify manual bottlenecks and transform them into scalable, automated processes with rapid iteration cycles.

Code Quality & Maintenance:
Maintain clean, modular, and well-structured code (OOP-based) ensuring that all automations are highly extensible, easy to debug, and simple to hand off.

System Reliability:
Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures immediately to ensure zero downtime for listings and operations. Document all logic and train the operations te
