Design Head
to lead our design function and drive the creative vision for high-end luxury interior projects.

Experience:
8–12+ years in Interior Design

?
Leadership:
3–5+ years in a managerial/leadership role

?
Team Management:
Experience managing 15–20 designers

?
Project Experience:
High-value residential/commercial projects with robust volume-handling capability

?
Location:
Pune | Travel to Mumbai & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the design team

• Drive creative vision, design standards & processes

• Review concepts, layouts, working drawings & presentations

• Ensure timely delivery with quality and budget adherence

• Handle client interactions and design escalations

• Coordinate with execution, vendors and site teams

• Develop SOPs, standard libraries and efficient design processes

• Bring innovation, new materials and industry trends into projects

Key Skills:
Strong design sensibility, leadership, client management, project management, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or similar), ERP/MIS and process orientation.
