Job Summary

ATPL is looking for a result-oriented Remote Sales Engineer to lead the sales team, drive closures, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and execution teams. The role also includes handling final negotiations, team motivation,



timely project execution coordination, and payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle final client negotiations and closures
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with execution, design, accounts, and operations teams for timely project delivery
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
- Follow up for timely collections and payment recovery
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain client satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales and collections reports

Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales management experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven with strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Background: Electrical Background Preferred with B2B Sales Experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
