Sr. HR Manager – Job Description

Position: Sr. HR Manager
Location: Vasuli Phata, Chakan

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee engagement.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Support training, skill development and retention initiatives.




- Maintain HR MIS, employee records and other HR reports.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes at the plant.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Positive understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination and people-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
