Job Description
we are looking for an IT and Networking Freelancer to support our office at Talegaon, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows and other software.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Fix internet and network connection problems.
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Handle basic hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT equipment and network records.
- Coordinate with internet and hardware service providers when needed.
- Make sure the office network and systems work properly.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valuable communication skills.
- IT or networking qualification is preferred.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
