Pinnacle Intelligence is looking for an experienced and responsible Insurance Investigation Team Leader to manage Investigation Officers (IOs), coordinate case assignments, collect investigation reports, and ensure timely report submission through both online and offline processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assign cases and part of cases to Investigation Officers (IOs). Collect investigation reports from IOs. Manage and coordinate Investigation Officers. Monitor the assigned investigation work and ensure proper follow-up. Handle report submission through both online and offline modes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an insurance investigation company. Strong knowledge of insurance investigation processes. Good analytical, communication and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
