Junior Project Coordinator – Manufacturing / SPM Automation

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with Design, Production, Purchase, Assembly, Electrical, and Quality teams.
- Track project progress from design to machine assembly and final delivery.
- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and status reports in MS Excel.
- Follow up with internal teams regarding pending activities and target dates.
- Monitor material availability, production status, assembly progress, and project timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material and component follow-up.
- Maintain project-related documents, drawings, BOMs, and records.
- Identify delays and escalate important issues to the Project Manager.
- Support project meetings and prepare meeting notes and action points.




- Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timeline.

Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing/project coordination preferred.
- Freshers with good coordination and Excel skills can also apply.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and SPM machines is an advantage.
