Position - Performance Marketer
Experience - 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

› Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

› Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, bidding models, and budget allocation for each channel.

› Conduct deep audience research — building custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing lists, and customer match segments.

› Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team to create high-converting creatives (static, carousel, video).

› Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, landing pages, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.

› Manage daily/monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient spend with optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

› Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager,



Meta Pixel, and server-side tracking.

› Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

› Monitor campaign metrics daily — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, Frequency — and take corrective actions.

› Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage warm audiences and reduce drop-off.

› Run competitor ad intelligence and stay ahead of trends in paid media.

› Manage lead generation forms, landing page performance, and handoff to sales/CRM pipelines.
