We are seeking a
target-oriented real estate professional
with robust sales, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify incoming real estate leads
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers
- Manage regular follow-ups and sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close property transactions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales process

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in real estate sales is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage leads and close sales
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach
- Good understanding of the residential real estate market
- Candidates with experience in premium/luxury residential projects
will be preferred
