Job Description – Store Incharge

Position: Store Incharge – HT/LT Panels & HT Capacitor Banks

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations including inward, outward, stock and material issuance.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT Panels and HT Capacitor Banks and their components.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors/parties for material availability, specifications, rates and delivery.
- Follow up for timely material procurement and pending supplies.
- Manage dispatch of panels/materials, including transporter coordination, loading and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain proper stock, PO and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Projects and Accounts teams.




- Handle urgent material requirements and dispatches as needed.
- Candidate should be versatile with working hours and available for urgent/late dispatches when required.

Required Experience
- 2–5 years experience in electrical/panel manufacturing, store or purchase coordination.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT Panels & HT Capacitor Banks.
- Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
