Position: Computer Operator – Advanced Excel

We are looking for an experienced
Computer Operator
to join our
Manufacturing team at Voylla, Sitapura, Jaipur
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily production and operational data.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Handle large data sets and perform data analysis using
Advanced Excel
.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation
etc.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.





Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
as a Computer Operator/MIS Executive/Data Operator.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of
Advanced Excel is mandatory
.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in
manufacturing/production environment
will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
