BNC is hiring for an IT Audit & Compliance Analyst / Senior Analyst with strong experience in ITGC & ITAC testing.
Location: Gurgaon
Role: IT Audit & Compliance Analyst / Senior Analyst
Focus: ITGC | ITAC | SOX | SAP | Oracle
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ITGC testing across Access Management, Change Management & IT Operations
- Execute ITAC testing across SAP, Oracle & other enterprise applications
- Test automated, configuration, interface controls & key reports
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and control owners
- Lead User Access Reviews (UAR) and assess SoD/inappropriate access
- Review Change Management controls and identify exceptions
- Analyze SOC 1/SOC 2 reports and CUECs
- Identify control gaps, compliance risks & process improvement opportunities
- Document audit observations, deficiencies & remediation plans
- Support IT risk assessments and control effectiveness evaluations
