Job Overview

KCP Eco Energy is looking for freshers to join our Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) team. The selected candidates will support routine operation, inspection, maintenance, and servicing activities at solar power project sites.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates from ITI, Diploma, and B.E/B.Tech EEE backgrounds who are interested in building a career in the solar and renewable energy industry.

Previous experience in solar O&M; is not required. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist O&M; Engineers and technicians in daily solar power plant maintenance activities.
- Support inspection of solar modules, inverters, cables, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment.
- Assist with preventive and routine maintenance activities.
- Support solar module cleaning and general plant maintenance.




- Assist technicians in identifying and reporting basic electrical and equipment-related issues.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities under the supervision of experienced personnel.
- Handle basic tools and maintenance equipment responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
- Assist in maintaining maintenance checklists, records, and site reports.
- Follow all company, electrical, and site safety procedures.

Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- ITI – Electrician / Electrical-related trade
- Diploma – Electrical / EEE
- B.E / B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Other relevant electrical qualifications

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
