Position Overview:
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will support talent operations in addition to the design, coordination and delivery of career development programs and learning initiatives for L.E.K.'s Australia practice, based in our Gurgaon office.

This role combines learning strategy and content design, program facilitation support, and operational coordination, working closely with the HR Manager, Australia leadership, global counterparts and external partners to deliver high-quality training and development across the practice.

The role requires an experienced Learning & Development practitioner who can work independently across time zones, manage multiple priorities, and operate confidently in a fast-paced professional services environment. The role also requires working experience in people operations and HR business Partnering support.
