Requirements:

All the position are required to be filled as Immediate Joiner. Please note: Resources from Genpact, Accenture’s are not preferred.

Position 1:

1. *Indian Accounts Payables (budget: 6LPA to 7LPA) and experience (3-4 yrs):*
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, approval, and proper coding
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Handling employees’ reimbursement
- Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance in relation to TDS and GST,
- Support audits by providing documentation and reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues.

Position 2:

1. *Indian Accounts Receivables (budget: 6LPA to 7LPA)



and experience (3-4 yrs):*
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Ensure proper application of the GST on the invoices
- Monitor outstanding receivables,
- Maintain the Accounts Receivable aging report and highlight overdue receivables to management.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Record customer receipts and allocate payments against invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customers to resolve invoice-related queries.
- Prepare periodic collection reports, and MIS reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Maintain customer master data in the ERP system.
- Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
