Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage our two-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer-handling, and team-management skills, with a focus on service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Monitor service productivity, efficiency, and department targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor job cards, service processes, and workshop workflow.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Sales departments when required.
- Ensure proper implementation of company and manufacturer service standards.
- Monitor service revenue, expenses, and overall department performance.




- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training to staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and discipline within the workshop.
- Prepare and monitor service-related reports and performance data.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automotive service operations.
- Previous experience in a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Service Head role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage service operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of workshop processes and service procedures.
- Candidates with experience in an authorised two-wheeler dealership will be preferred.
