An Oracle Fusion EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services requires 4 to 7 years of experience leading end-to-end cloud implementations, configuring asset repositories, preventive maintenance, and work execution workflows, while bridging client requirements with global delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Lead business requirement workshops, map client processes, and design architecture for asset configuration.
- System Configuration: Configure centralized asset repositories, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, and routing.
- Integration & Testing: Manage integrations with SCM, Procurement, and Inventory modules. Run Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Delivery & Governance: Adhere to TCS delivery models, mentor junior consultants, and support data migration and cutover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 7years of overall IT experience with minimum 12 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Core Modules: Deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and cross-functional familiarity with Inventory, Procurement, and Cost Management.
- Soft Skills: Client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and structured documentation skills.
- Education: B.Tech, BE, MCA, or equivalent degree.
