Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Staff Engineer to join a high-impact software product engineering team in Hyderabad. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will drive architectural decisions, lead complex technical initiatives, and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions using Java and modern cloud technologies. You will work across the full stack of engineering — from system design to deployment pipelines — and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, production-grade software.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable, and transactional software systems using Java and Spring ecosystem.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system design decisions across microservices and cloud-native architectures.




- Design and troubleshoot transactional systems with a focus on reliability, consistency, and performance.
- Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Java EE frameworks.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub and Dataflow.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) in native and hybrid cloud environments.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus, and DevOps best practices.
- Translate user stories and business requirements into scalable, user-centric technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
