About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional with strong expertise in Indian payroll processing and statutory compliances. The incumbent will own the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensure 100% statutory compliance, and support day-to-day HR operations, working closely with Finance, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing,



including inputs collection (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, incentives, reimbursements, salary revisions).
- Validate payroll outputs, reconcile variances, and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle Full & Final settlements, gratuity, bonus, and leave encashment calculations.
- Manage employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, payslips, and reimbursements within defined TATs.
- Coordinate investment proof collection and verification for income tax purposes; support Form 16 issuance.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely deposits and return filings for PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), LWF, and TDS (Form 24Q).
- Maintain compliance under key labour laws – Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act, CLRA (as applicable).
