Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, well-groomed, and professional Head Waitress / F&B; Supervisor to manage and provide exceptional food and beverage service at a VIP private residence. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality, with strong expertise in fine dining and VIP service.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily F&B; service at the VIP residence.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and high-quality service to the VIP and guests.
- Lead and supervise waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Set up dining areas, tables, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service stations according to luxury standards.
- Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team regarding menus, meal timings, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Serve food and beverages professionally following fine-dining standards.
- Handle formal dinners, private gatherings, and special events.
- Ensure excellent presentation of food, beverages, and dining areas.




- Train and guide junior service staff on VIP etiquette and service standards.
- Monitor F&B; inventory and ensure all service items are properly maintained.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Anticipate the VIP's preferences and requirements and provide attentive service.
- Maintain complete confidentiality, privacy, and discretion at all times.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant F&B; service experience.
- Previous experience as a Head Waitress, F&B; Supervisor, Captain, or similar role.
- Strong experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining, table service, and VIP etiquette.
- Professional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
