Role Description
The Senior Solar Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems, including panels, inverters, mounting structures, and wiring. The Senior Solar Technician will lead field teams, conduct site assessments,



troubleshoot system issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. Day-to-day work includes interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with project managers, documenting work performed, and providing guidance to junior technicians. The role also involves communicating with customers on system performance, advising on preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement in installation practices.

Qualifications
- Robust technical skills in solar PV installation, commissioning, and maintenance, including hands-on experience with panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards, including ability to read single-line diagrams, use testing equipment, and apply relevant codes and regulations.
