Hiring: Sr. Executive – Business Development

About the Organization

We are an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / ESDM organization in the Greenfield phase at Rajoda-Bavla, Ahmedabad, building world-class capabilities in PCBA and Box Build with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and high-reliability manufacturing.

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sr. Executive – Business Development to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for our EMS/ESDM business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive recent business development in EMS/ESDM.
- Generate leads, prospect customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and develop new customers across automotive, industrial, medical, aerospace/defence, and consumer sectors.
- Handle RFQs end-to-end, including requirement understanding, feasibility coordination, costing inputs, and proposal submission.




- Drive customer engagement, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure.
- Understand PCBA / Box Build costing drivers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, NPI, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for RFQ-to-PO conversion.
- Arrange customer visits, plant tours, capability presentations, and program kick-offs.
- Maintain opportunity stages, follow-ups, and customer interactions through CRM/Excel.
- Support NDA, vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover of won business to NPI/Program Management.

Must-Have Requirements
- New Business Development experience in EMS/ESDM – Mandatory
- Automotive EMS industry experience – Mandatory
- Lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Customer engagement and proposal/quotation closure.
