Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Fresher role located in Ahmedabad. The Fresher will support daily operations within their assigned department, which may include assisting senior team members, managing basic documentation, and coordinating routine tasks. Responsibilities can involve learning standard processes, following safety and quality guidelines, and contributing to efficient workflow in areas such as customer support,



administration, or entry-level technical work, depending on the team’s needs. The role includes on-the-job training to build knowledge of Maruti Suzuki products, company policies, and standard operating procedures. The Fresher is expected to be proactive, willing to learn, and able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
