Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Follow-Up Executive with 1–4 years of experience, primarily handling inbound calls and customer follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements, enquiries, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, processes, and offers.




- Make regular follow-up calls with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers until the enquiry/order/service requirement is successfully closed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound enquiries.
- Ensure timely callbacks and follow-ups as committed to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, conversion, and customer service targets.
- Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
