About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who will own organic lead generation as a core, measurable outcome not just rankings and traffic. This role sits at the intersection of SEO and email/lifecycle marketing and is accountable for building a predictable pipeline of qualified leads through organic search, content, and nurture channels.

This is an execution-heavy role. The ideal candidate should have personally built organic traffic programs from the ground up (not just managed agencies or reported on dashboards) and be equally comfortable writing a meta description, fixing a crawl error, building a backlink outreach list, and executing a multi-step email nurture sequence in a marketing automation tool.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Lead Generation (Primary Accountability)
- Own the organic channel's contribution to the marketing lead funnel from traffic to conversion to marketing-qualified/sales-accepted leads.
- Define and track organic-sourced lead targets in partnership with the SVP Marketing; report progress against monthly/quarterly goals.




- Continuously identify and prioritize high-intent keywords and content opportunities based on lead-generation potential, not just search volume.

2. On-Page & Technical SEO
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
- Own on-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, schema markup.
- Run and act on technical SEO audits site speed, crawlability, indexation, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, XML sitemaps.
- Work with web/dev resources (internal or agency) to implement technical fixes and track resolution.

3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns: guest posting, digital PR, directory/citation building, partnership link exchanges.
